We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries, manage your coaching bookings, and send booking confirmations. We never sell your personal data.

How it's handled

Bookings submitted through this site are currently sent via WhatsApp to Menan. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and processes messages under its own privacy policy. By submitting the form you consent to being contacted about your booking.

Retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide coaching services and respond to enquiries, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email clients@coachmenan.com.
